The Innovation Award
Entrants should illustrate how they have managed successfully to introduce new ideas, techniques or technology into the organisation or within the market place in which they operate. Entries for innovation may take the form of a product, service or a process and can come from individuals or teams within businesses. Judges are also looking for traditional businesses which can demonstrate the creative use of ideas.
Award Criteria:
- What is the idea? How is it innovative to your business sector?
- Give an idea of how the innovation was conceived and developed.
- How was the idea implemented within your business?
- How has this idea impacted on the business and/or customers or suppliers?
- What has been the effect of the innovation - is it transferrable and can it be developed further or by others?
Entries should consist of a maximum of 500 words explaining why your entry should be considered for this category, taking into the account the criteria above:
