TWO successful Barn Owl nests have been found in the four hundred acres of a Cambridgeshire Farm.
The Countryside Restoration Trust (CRT) is experiencing what they are calling a "Barn Owl Bonanza" at their Lark Rise Farm in the village of Barton.
With many areas of Britain having a disastrous year, this is one place which is bucking the trend.
Robin Page, Chairman of the CRT, said: "It is brilliant- one nest has already had three healthy young leave the nest and the other has four chicks about to leave."

But this success has not come about by accident.
Tim Scott, the CRTs tenant at Lark Rise, said: "We have introduced many features that produce the voles and mice that the owls need to feed on."
Barns Owls returned to the area in 2001 and it is hoped that these new chicks will help to spread the Barn Owl population further across the area.
